BAE系统公司获1.17亿美元合同生产反舰导弹导引头。7月26日，全球电子战领导者BAE系统公司宣布，已从洛克希德·马丁公司获得一份价值1.17亿美元的合同，为远程反舰导弹（Long Range Anti-Ship Missile，LRASM）生产下一代导弹导引头。
BAE公司指出，新的导引头技术使LRASM能够在竞争环境中探测和打击特定海上目标，而不太依赖于传统导航系统。新一代导引头采用了新的设计，降低了导弹的总体成本。
BAE系统公司射频传感器产品区域主管Bruce Konigsberg表示:“我们致力于提供价格合理的系统，为美国及其盟友提供无与伦比的能力。“我们设计了高效的导引头系统，更容易建造和测试，不会影响性能。”
根据一项减少资源/可负担性（Diminishing Sources/Affordability）合同进行的设计改进，BAE系统公司正在为第4和第5批生产下一代寻径机，该产品更有能力，更容易生产，制造过程更简单。
LRASM合同将通过对外军售，以及研究、开发、测试和评估服务，为美国海军、美国空军和美国盟友提供导弹支持。
BAE系统公司对LRASM导引头的工作在该公司位于美国新泽西州韦恩的工厂进行，位于纽约新罕布什尔等地的工厂也将为该项目提供相关组件工作。
#辉瑞CEO反对放弃新冠疫苗知识产权#
美国贸易代表宣布将讨论放弃一些COVID-19疫苗知识产权（IP），放弃IP的目的表面上是担心产能不足，和定价过高导致中低收入国家无法及时获得疫苗的保护，实际是担心辉瑞一家独大，垄断新冠疫苗市场。这个担心其实不是不无道理，纵观辉瑞的发家史，几乎每一次都伴随发灾难财，从南北战争时期生产酒石酸、碘、吗啡和氯仿等产品，二战时期大规模生产青霉素，每一次都不能错过做“网红”的机会。
辉瑞的回复也很简单粗暴
1）我们通过分级定价的方式解决affordability的问题，即对于中低收入国家，我就当做慈善了，但无形的影响力和品牌输出带来的回报不可估量，甚至超过金钱收入。
2）mRNA疫苗的生产困难只是不争的事实，即使专利开放出来也未见的能制造出同样标准的疫苗。一旦疫苗不合格，产生的危害那是不可估量。然而辉瑞的疫苗也不是自己研发的，是从德国的BioNTech买的，生产究竟是谁负责，其实不得而知。
那到底辉瑞有没有赚钱？ 看财报预测吧，Q1销售35亿美元，预计全年超260亿美元，超过之前支柱管线肿瘤类药物。自从降血压药物立普妥专利到期之后辉瑞还没找到下一个blockbuster, 新冠给了前所未有的机会，输出影响力和品牌才是辉瑞最核心的竞争力。
